Rose-Ann Weiss serves as the Family Pastor at My Church Winnipeg. She has been involved in Children’s Ministry since she was barely out of it herself and has served in pretty much every role you can think of! She loves seeing those who work with children feel confident and equipped to flourish in their roles. That’s one of the reasons Rose-Ann loves the Awesome Kids Min Conference so much! She has been married to her wonderful husband, Rod, for 27 years and has three amazing adult sons.
