Kim Botto is a national speaker, author, and trainer who has spent decades leading children’s and student ministries and supporting adoptive and foster families. As an adoptive mom and mom and grandma to neurodivergent kids, Kim is passionate about creating spaces where all children, regardless of their background, behavior, or ability, can belong, contribute, and grow.
Through speaking, writing, and coaching, Kim equips church leaders, staff, volunteers, and families to better understand and support children, especially those impacted by trauma, neurodivergence, and disability.
Kim holds a Master’s in Family Ministry and an MBA and is a TBRI® Practitioner and Trauma Free World Affiliate Trainer. She is the author of Boundless Hope for Every Child and host of the Every Child Belongs podcast.
