Beth Guckenberger Beth and her husband, Todd, live with their family in Cincinnati, Ohio where they serve as Co-Executive Directors of Back2Back Ministries. After graduating from Indiana University, the Guckenbergers moved to Monterrey, Mexico where they lived for 15 years. Between biological, foster, and adopted children, they have raised ten children. Beth is the author of seven books including adult and children’s titles. She travels and speaks regularly at conferences, youth gatherings and church services. Her style is based in story-telling and she draws from her vast field experience as a missionary, Bible teacher and parent for illustrations of biblical concepts. Posters will be available fall 2018 - if you are able to take some to put up in your circles let us know and we'll get them to you!

FAQ's
Who are the leadership labs for?
Leadership Labs seek to go in-depth with current issues and pressing concerns for those in leadership in children's ministry. While all are welcome, we definitely direct these labs to those "in charge" - children's pastors, Sunday School superintendents and ministry directors.
what if I can only attend part of the conference?
We arrange the conference schedule so if only part of the time is available to you, you can still benefit. Come for the parts you can! We do not offer partial ticket prices, so a full registration is required even if you can only attend one day. Tickets are fully transferable so you are welcome to share your ticket!
Can i just attend the leadership lab?
Yes. Online registration is not available however you can register for JUST the leadership labs by emailing awesome.kidmin.conference@gmail.com and we'll make it work!
I have food allergies! can you accommodate?
We want to do our best to make the conference accessible, however we cannot commit to accommodating all food allergies. We are not a nut-free site. We do our best to purchase foods that do not contain nuts, however we do source baking from non-dedicated kitchens.
If you do have dietary restrictions, please let us know. We can't make any promises, but we'll see what we can do!

I can't make it - can i get a refund?
Refunds are not available. However, tickets are fully transferable so you are welcome to find someone else to take your place if you cannot make it.
Who is the conference for?
The Awesome KidMin Conference strives to equip and inspire everyone involved in children's ministry! This means it's not only for children's pastors and ministry leaders, but also for volunteer Sunday School teachers, camp counsellors, midweek kids club workers as well as the leaders and administrators of kids programming. Our breakout session tracks are:
- Little Ones (preschool & nursery)
- Elementary Students (grades 1-4)

- Family Ministry
- Student Leadership (for young leaders)
I am paying by cheque - who do i make it out to?
The Meeting Place Church is helping us keep track of all Awesome Conference financial transactions. Cheques can be made out to "The Meeting Place" with "for Awesome KidMin Conference" in the memo line. If the cheque is to pay for multiple registrations or fees, it is advisable that you include a note detailing who or what the payment is for.
