Faith Over Time: The Benefit of Kids and Youth Leaders Working Together

As kid min leaders, we have a good grasp on what we’re doing with our infant to elementary aged kids. Scope and sequence? Check. Age appropriate activities? Check. Glitter and Goldfish? Double check. So what happens once they leave our environments? How connected are we with what goes on in our middle and high school programs? Spiritual formation happens over time. More than ever, we need to partner with our youth leaders to adopt a more holistic approach. This session will cover things to look for that build on each age and stage and how these two areas can work better together.
