Tomorrow’s Leaders Today - Equipping Teens for Your Team!

Our teenage volunteers bring youthful energy and life into our kids ministries! We all love to see young leaders emerging as they discover that they have a meaningful role in discipling the next generation. However, sometimes working with young leaders presents new challenges as we discern, “are these team members big kids or little adults?” In our session we’ll talk about some of the challenges that arise as seek to empower youth to lead others while they navigate a stage of life where they may need additional support themselves!

Steve’s passion is to be an encourager and catalyst for emerging leaders. His ministry adventure has spanned over a couple decades and has taken him around the globe, supporting leaders in camp and youth ministry on five continents. The teams he’s served with have pioneered dynamic ministries that reach hundreds of thousands every week. He deeply loves connecting with Jesus, people and good pizza.
